Lynn Wise

Lynn founded Contractor In Charge in February 2016 and has been in the trades since 1974. She was owner and GM of a plumbing, HVAC and remodeling business, so she has run the phones, the trucks and the books herself. She holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA, spent 20 years in corporate roles including IBM, and previously built and ran successful retail and distribution businesses. That combination of trade operator and finance discipline is the foundation of CIC's controller-level bookkeeping and fractional-CFO work. She is also a co-founder of Onepath, the AI platform CIC builds on and provides to its clients.
