I very rarely take time to write reviews but I had to for Contractor in Charge. We initially hired them to help us with overflow and after hour calls and that made a huge improvement for our company in itself. At the end of 2023, we found ourselves without a dispatcher or call taker so CIC took over full-time.

Lynn and her team have been great partner as an extension of our plumbing & hvac business.  Like to give a huge shout out to Danielle for taking care of our after hours call center.  Lastly one of their agents Rianna provided excellent customer service to one of our customers.

I have had the privilege of working with Lynn's team for both dispatch and accounting. Honestly top notch. Her team does a great job of handling our calls and dispatching them and even moving calls around as needed. They also do our accounting and I must say after working with over 4 accountants that her team is by far the most organized and the most reachable. Their numbers are always spot on and the feedback they provide is wonderful. I am so thankful that I am a customer of hers.

Lynn and her crew have been the fractional CFO on several high end transactions that we sold. These owners got the highest end of the valuation range because she had their financial house in order!
